Stretching for the Inflexible
NEW! MORNING AND EVENING CLASSES
Stretching for the Inflexible is an invitation to soften — to meet your body with curiosity instead of judgement, and to find comfort in places that have felt tight or unreachable.
Each session offers simple tools for unwinding, including slow movements, breath, and gentle visualisations — always guided by your own internal senses. The focus is entirely intrinsic: moving at your own pace, listening inwardly, and following what feels supportive for you. The only achievement is greater comfort in your body.
Over time, you’ll feel more spacious, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
If you’re craving a kinder relationship with your body, these classes offer a pathway back to ease.
Suitable for all body types — particularly the inflexible.
Two weekly options — same class, different rhythm:
Tuesdays, 6–7.30pm For those who like to unwind at the end of the day, soften the edges, and settle the nervous system before sleep.
Wednesdays, 6–7.30am For the early‑birds, shift‑workers, parents, and dawn‑people who prefer to begin the day with quiet movement and a sense of grounded spaciousness.
